Q: Good day, we are FAMILY of five, we need to joint 10 days tour (11-11477), my flight will arrive LAX on 6 June (13.30), we need to stay one night earlier in your appointed hotel and joint the tour with started date on 8 June. Can we have complimentary airport pick up on 6 June ? If we plan to stay one more night after tour finished, can we have complimentary airport drop off to LAX ? Is there any hotel offer free shuttle bus to airport ?

Please note your request for a pre tour hotel extension in the comment box when placing your reservation online so that we may quote you accordingly. For after the tour ends, even if you book a post tour hotel we will be unable to provide airport drop-off for the following day. Therefore, we do recommend you book the Comfort Inn Cockatoo for after the tour ends. This hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle transfers to and from the airport (LAX). On June 15, you can either join this tour at LAX airport or self transfer to first night hotel. We regret to inform you that we do not offer late check-out. On the last day of the tour, customers will have San Francisco city tour before being transferred to the airport. Since you will stay in a hotel in Union Square, we suggest you to discuss with the tour guide and see where the most convenient drop-off location would be while you are having the city tour.
