Q: Hello there, Me and my parents are going to book this tour for May 4th to 7th. We have a problem with the flight schedule that we are looking for. The flight will land in Las Vegas at 3.30 pm and we have to meet the tour guide at 3.30 pm in the hotel. Is there any way of arranging a late pickup from the hotel. Please let us know if there is any other option option. We really want to go on on this tour and from May 4th to 7th are the only days that fits in our schedules. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks, Dasuni.

2015-02-13 18:02:29 Dear Dasuni, You can start the tour on May 4th, but if you arrive late you will need to catch up with the tour guide on day 1 to do the Las Vegas tour, or you can have the first day as a free day and explore Las Vegas on your own. Best Regards, Andy Customer Service Rep

Q: Hello, I'm interested in this 3 day tour. There is a problem with the flight arrangement that we looking for (from May 4th to May 7th). Here you have said that we should meet the tour guide at 3.30 on May 4th at the hotel. But the flight arrives in Las Vegas at 3.33 pm. This is the cheapest flight I can get. Q: Good day, we are FAMILY of five, we need to joint 10 days tour (11-11477), my flight will arrive LAX on 6 June (13.30), we need to stay one night earlier in your appointed hotel and joint the tour with started date on 8 June. Please note your request for a pre tour hotel extension in the comment box when placing your reservation online so that we may quote you accordingly. For after the tour ends, even if you book a post tour hotel we will be unable to provide airport drop-off for the following day. On June 15, you can either join this tour at LAX airport or self transfer to first night hotel. We regret to inform you that we do not offer late check-out.
